A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 acre 1 rood 21·02 perches.

Being part Koangaaumu Block, Subdivisions 1, 2, and 3. Situated in Block XI, Paekakariki Survey District. (S.O. 23020.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144476 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of September 1954.
