Declaring Part of Springston Domain to be a Recreation
Reserve Subject to Part II of the Reserves and Domains
Act 1953 and Vesting in the Springs County Council
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby declares that the part of the
Springston Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall
cease to be subject to Part III of the Reserves and Domains
Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject
to Part II of that Act, and, further, vests the said Reserve in
the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of
Springs, in trust, for that purpose.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Otago Land District

Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the

to a reserve for gravel purposes.
