A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Wellsford Substation).

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a quarry and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Coromandel as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of September 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 5 acres and 27·4 perches.

Situated in Block V, Harataunga Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 36376.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144361 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school (teacher's residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of September 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 9·35 perches.
Being Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 34311 (Town of Bothaville Extension No. 9), being part Umuhapuku No. 2 Block, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 883, folio 91, Auckland Land Registry.
