IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION

NOTICE is hereby given that at a special general meeting of members held on 20 August 1954, it was resolved:

'That the special resolution passed on 21 July 1954 'That the Agricultural Advisory Laboratory Inc. be voluntarily wound up' be confirmed, and that for the purpose of such winding-up Stanley Edward Field, of Christchurch, Public Accountant, be appointed liquidator.'

Notice to Creditors to Prove

The liquidator of the Agricultural Advisory Laboratory Inc., which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 30th day of September 1954 as the day on or before which the creditors of the Society are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 258 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

Notice re Continuance of Business

The business of the Society is being carried on until further notice.
