In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143701, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land firstly described in the Schedule hereto, together with the party wall rights appurtenant thereto created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 54514, and the land secondly described in the said Schedule is hereby taken in connection with street widening, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of September 1954.
