Takaka Milk Delivery Notice 1954 (Notice No. Ag. 5714)

PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Regulations 1949,* the Minister of Agriculture doth hereby give notice as follows:

1. This notice may be cited as the Takaka Milk Delivery Notice 1954.

2. This notice shall come into force on the day following the publication thereof in the Gazette.

3. The scheme set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby provided for the district described in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE

THE TAKAKA MILK DELIVERY SCHEME 1954

1. For the purposes of this scheme, unless the context otherwise requires,—

‘‘The district’’ means the Takaka Town District together with that portion of Takaka County as indicated on the plan.

‘‘The plan’’ means the plan of the district deposited for the purposes of this scheme in the head office of the New Zealand Milk Board, 24 Lambton Quay, Wellington, under No. N.Z.M.B. 185/1.

‘‘Zone’’ means a zone of the district marked on the said plan.

‘‘Milk’’ includes cream.

2. Subject to the foregoing provisions of this scheme, the name and address of the vendor who is the party to this scheme and the area in which he may deliver milk is as follows:
