Stopping Government Road in Block II, Hunua Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, that road being no longer required.

FIRST SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 1 rood 33·7 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 33, Block II, Hunua Survey District, and Section 2, Piriaka Suburbs; coloured green.

SECOND SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 16·1 perches.

Being road in Proclamation No. 6029, formerly part Section 33; coloured orange, edged orange.

All situated in Block II, Hunua Survey District. (S.O. 20906.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123743, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of August 1954.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 28th day of June 1954 and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 41 of the 1st day of July 1954, at page 1067, closing road in Hutt County, and hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby closed; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of September 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre and 38·3 perches.

Adjoining or passing through road.

Situated in Block III, Paekakariki Survey District. (S.O. 23100.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144156, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of August 1954.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of September 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart: 37·7 perches.

Being part Section 7, Block XXXI, Town of Opunake.

Situated in the Borough of Opunake. (S.O. 8652.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144162, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of August 1954.
