Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks II and VI, Piako Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Helen Robertson, of Maramarua, Married Woman, under and by virtue of Renewable Lease No. 2727, Volume 909, folio 166 (Auckland Land Registry), is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of September 1954.
