A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 32·4 perches.

Being Lot 92, D.P. 40652, being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 866, folio 242 (Auckland Land Registry).

Situated in the Borough of Mount Roskill.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of August 1954.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to notice of building-line restriction No. 354604 (Canterbury Land Registry), to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, subject to the aforesaid restriction.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 33·1 perches.

Being Lot 11, D.P. 15755, being part Rural Section 555, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 589, folio 92 (Canterbury Land Registry).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the drainage easement granted by Memorandum of Transfer No. 50455 (Nelson Land Registry), and subject to notice as to building line restriction No. K.2888 (Nelson Land Registry), for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of September 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 2 roods 16 perches.

Being Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14, D.P. 4935, being part Lot 37, D.P. 2905, and being part of Sections 52 and 52A, District of Suburban South.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of September 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 1 rood 2·3 perches.

Being part of the land on D.P. 751, being part Section 48, Square 28, Omaka Registration District.

Situated in Block V, Taylor Pass Survey District (Marlborough R.D.). (S.O. 4157.)

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144154, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Rangiora

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for housing purposes over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of sewer pipes under, along, and over the said land, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of sewage, such easement to be appurtenant to the land firstly described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of September 1954.
