A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of August 1954.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a gravel pit and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whakatane as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of August 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 11 acres 2 roods. Being the part of Lot 59B 3B, Section 6, Parish of Matata, marked 11 acres 2 roods on the diagram endorsed on certificate of title, Volume 628, folio 161 (Auckland Land Registry), situated in Block XIV, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in the said certificate of title.
