Paragraph 6: Omit subparagraphs $(b)$ and $(c)$, and substitute:

$(b)$ When the goods are received ex ship into wagons and hauled to another ship for reshipment within thirty-six hours, the following charges including receipt ex ship, haulage and redelivery to ship will apply:

(c) When the goods are received ex ship into wagons and are not reshipped within thirty-six hours or are hauled to shed for storage and afterwards redelivered to ship, a transhipment charge of 5s. 6d. per ton (minimum charge, 2s. 6d.) will be made to cover handling in the shed (or detention of the wagons) and storage up to one week. In addition, charges will be made for haulage (minimum charge, 18s. 4d. per four-wheeled wagon) from or to the ships and for handling (when performed by the Department) at the ship's side at the rates specified in subparagraphs (a) and $(b)$ of paragraph 2 of this regulation. After the expiry of one week storage will be charged at the rate ordinarily chargeable for storage at the station concerned in each case.

Paragraph 14: Omit this paragraph, and substitute:

  1. Goods which are accepted for carriage as luggage, but which are not entitled to be carried free as such, and goods which are entitled to be carried free as luggage but which in the aggregate are over the weight allowed to be carried free, will (in the first case as to all such goods, and in the second case as to the weight in excess of the free allowance) be charged for at the rate for parcels (vide paragraph 30) for any distance on Lake Wakatipu.

Paragraphs 15 to 54: No alteration is made to the rates and charges referred to in these paragraphs.

Paragraphs 55 to 61: The rates and charges referred to in these paragraphs will be increased by $6$ per cent.
