A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for better utilization; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 16th day of August
1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods.
Being Sections 3 and 4, Block I, Town of Rakiura, and being
the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate
of title, Volume 27, folio 270(Southland Land
Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
