Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare

together with the benefit of the sewerage easement appurtenant thereto created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 195100
(Canterbury Land Registry), and the right of way appurtenant thereto created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 222387
(Canterbury Land Registry), for post and telegraph purposes
(line depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of August 1954.
