Additional Land Near Hukarere Taken for the Purposes of the Midland Railway

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Midland railway.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 3 acres 3 roods 37 perches.
Being part Section 1, Square 127, situated in Block XI, Mawheraiti Survey District, Inangahua County, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 88, folio 28 (Nelson Registry).
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 12906, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of August 1954.

Additional Land Near Avondale Taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato railway.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 1 perch.
Being part land on D.P. 11045, being part Allotment 58, Titirangi Parish.
Situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Albert. (S.O. 34731.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 9322, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of August 1954.

Land Taken at Ross for Railway Purposes

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Government Railways Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 3 acres 1 rood 5 perches, more or less, being Reserve 140, situated in the Borough of Ross, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 16, folio 155 (Westland Registry).
Also all those two parcels of land containing together 1 rood 8 perches, more or less, being Sections 277 and 280, Town of Ross, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 32, folio 206 (Westland Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of August 1954.

Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Oamaru

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of August 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land to be set apart: 2 roods 7ยท4 perches.
Being Lots 1, 6, and 7, D.P. 6964, being parts of Section 8, Block I, Oamaru Survey District, and being portions of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 330, folio 178 (Otago Registry).
Situated in the Borough of Oamaru.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of August 1954.
