Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
consents to the Manawatu County Council stopping the portion
of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road permitted to be
stopped: 21Β·22 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lots 104, 105, 106, and 107,
L.T. Plan 16759, being part Section 268, Township of
Foxton.
Situated in Block I, Moutere Survey District. (S.O.
23099.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143462,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured green.

HIS EXCELLENCEY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 357 of the Cook Islands Act 1915,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
takes the land described in the Schedule hereto for the
following public purpose, namely, administration buildings.
SCHEDULE
ALL the parcel of land situated in the District of Alofi in
the Island of Niue, Cook Islands, containing 3 acres and
3 perches, more or less, being the whole of the land known
as Aliluki No. 1 Block, Section 48, Alofi District, and being
all the land comprised in an Order of the Native Land Court
on investigation of title made on the 22nd day of June 1950.

HIS EXCELLENCEY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, and with the consent of the
licensee, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 21st
day of October 1935 and published in the New Zealand
Gazette on the 24th day of the same month, at page 2945,
authorizing Alfred James Winchester, of Naseby, Hotel-
keeper, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity,
the rights, powers, and privileges under the said Order in
Council having been assigned to Richard Anderson, of Naseby,
Hotelkeeper.

of the licensee, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the
30th day of May 1951 and published in the New Zealand
Gazette on the 31st day of the same month, at page 774,
authorizing Allan George Jones, of Koiterangi, Farmer, to
use water for the purpose of generating electricity.

takes the land described in the Schedule hereto for the
following public purpose, namely, Government buildings.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land, situated in the District of Avarua, in
the Island of Rarotonga, Cook Islands, containing 4.8 perches,
more or less, being part of the land named by the Native
Land Court 'Ngaruretu Section 65, Takuvaine Tapere'; as
the same is delineated and coloured blue on the plan signed
by the Resident Commissioner of Rarotonga, and deposited
in the office of the High Court of the Cook Islands, at
Rarotonga, under No. 58.

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets
apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule
hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a church site
for the common use of the Maoris of the Church of England
faith living at Tangiteroria.
