Under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act 1936
Pharmacy Industry
D. R. Tennent, 34 McGarvey Road, Whakatane, has applied for a licence to operate a new pharmacy at Main Road, Murupara.
Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor Spirit
D. R. Lowe, Pukenui Road, Ngunguru, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on service-station and garage premises at Pukenui Road, Ngunguru.
N. W. B. Phelps, Mueller Street, Waihi, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at Mueller Street, Waihi.
H. J. Kelly, 10 Rata Street, Mangakino, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump already installed on taxi and rental-car premises and proposed service station at 10 Rata Street, Mangakino.
J. C. Wilson, Korere Valley, Nelson, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on store premises at Korere Valley, Nelson.
F. T. Wright, Anderson’s Road, Makotuku, Hawke’s Bay, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit otherwise than through pumps from own premises at Anderson’s Road, Makotuku, Hawke’s Bay.
Jas. Robertson Ltd., corner Victoria and Poto Streets, Dargaville, has applied for permission to change the retail selling point of four pumps from above address to a new site at proposed service station and garage at Normanby Street, Dargaville.
D. H. Hunter, Okau Road, Ahititi, has applied for permission to change the retail selling point of two pumps from present positions to new positions 30 ft. distant at the same store premises, and also to resell motor spirit otherwise than through pumps from same premises at Okau Road, Ahititi.
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than 12 August 1954, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender.
