Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line
of a Portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 10th day of December 1924 and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 81 of the 11th day of the same month, at page 2898, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 1482, defining the middle line of a portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway, in so far as it affects Lot 389, D.P. 15931, being part Section 50, Hutt District; situated in the City of Lower Hutt, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 577, folio 205 (Wellington Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of July 1954.
