Declaring Lands in North Auckland Land District to be a Water Area
for the Purposes of Section 50 of the Land Act 1948

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 50 of the Land Act 1948,
the Land Settlement Board hereby declares the lands described
in the Schedule hereto (being lands on which waterworks are erected
or are intended to be erected for the supply of water to the said
lands) to be a water area for the purposes of the said section.
