Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to section 6 of the Housing Amendment Act 1940, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Mount Roskill, and be under the control and management of the Mount Roskill Borough Council.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the access way dealt with: 7·9 perches. Being Lot 44, D.P. 37892, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1096, folio 84 (Auckland Land Registry).
Situated in the Borough of Mount Roskill.

PURSUANT to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby make the following Order:
The Order in Council dated the 30th day of June 1948 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on 1 July 1948 at page 815 is hereby amended by omitting the Schedule to that Order in Council and substituting the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order in Council.

“Whakarewarewa Rural Fire District
“ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Rotorua County, containing approximately 39,000 acres, situated in Blocks I, II, V, VI, VII, IX, X, XI, XIII, and XIV, Tawawera Survey District, and Blocks VIII, XI, XII, XIV, and VX, Horohoro Survey District, and bounded generally as follows: Towards the north generally by the northern side of the Rotorua–Whakatane State Highway to its junction with Vaughan Road; towards the north-west by the north-western side of Vaughan Road to a point opposite the northernmost corner of Lot 53 on D.P. No. 7049; towards the north-east by the crossing of the last-mentioned road and by Owatiura South No. 6B 2 Block to and across the Rotorua–Whakatane State Highway; thence by Basley Road to and across Wharenui Road; thence by Puketawhero A Block, by part Lot 10 on D.P. 7049, by Section 6, Block II aforesaid; thence by the northern side of the Rotorua–Lake Tarawera Main Highway and the northern and eastern sides of Okareka Loop Road to Acacia Road, and by the eastern and northern sides of that road to a public road intersecting part of Section 10, Block VII aforesaid; thence by the northern side of the last-mentioned road to a point opposite the north-western corner of part of Section 11, Block VII aforesaid; towards the east by the crossing of the aforesaid public road, by part of Section 11, and Section 9, Block VII aforesaid, and by the Rotorua–Lake Tarawera Main Highway to a point opposite the westernmost corner of Section 12, Block VII aforesaid; thence by the crossing of the aforesaid public road, by Section 12 aforesaid, and by part of Section 1, Block VII aforesaid, to the Wairoa Stream; towards the south-east generally by the Wairoa Stream and Run 78; towards the east generally by Run 78 and by Section 1, Block XI, Tawawera Survey District; towards the south by Rotomahana-Parekarangi part 2E 2 Block; towards the east by Rotomahana-Parekarangi part 2E 2, 2E 3, and part 2E 4 Blocks, to the junction of the western boundary of the last-mentioned block with the south-western boundary of Rotomahana-Parekarangi part 6A 2 No. 6A Block; towards the south generally by a right line to the north-eastern corner of Section 2, Block XIII, Tawawera Survey District, and by Sections 2 and 1, Block XIII aforesaid, to and across Gunson Road; towards the south-west generally by the south-western sides of Gunson Road and Waikaukau Road, to and across the Rotorua-Ataimuri Main Highway; and towards the north-west by the north-western side of the last-mentioned highway, by the north-western side of the Rotorua–Taupo State Highway, by Fenton and Sala Streets in the Town of Rotorua, and by the north-western side of a public road to the Rotorua-Whakatane State Highway. Foreshore Licence—Hokianga Harbour—Rawene—Platform, Wharf, and Engine Shed—Rawene Motors Limited

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 7th day of July 1954
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby licenses and permits Rawene Motors Limited, of Rawene (hereinafter called the company, which term shall include its successors and assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Rawene, in Hokianga Harbour, at the site marked No. 36, as shown on plans marked M.D. 6176 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a platform, wharf, and engine shed thereon as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the company upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
- The premium payable by the company shall be two pounds (£2) and the annual sum so payable five pounds (£5).
- The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the 1st day of July 1954.
