CORRIGENDUM
IN the New Zealand Gazette No. 37, dated 17 June 1954, page 1013, under the heading “Notice to Persons Affected by Applications for Licences under Part III of the Industrial Efficiency Act 1936”, notice was given of an application having been made by J. Fyfe, Bledisloe Street, Kurow, for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on proposed service-station premises at Bledisloe Street, Kurow.
This notice is hereby cancelled, and the following substituted therefor:
“J. Fyfe, Bledisloe Street, Kurow, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on tea-room premises at Bledisloe Street, Kurow.”
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of Industry on this application should, not later than 15 July, 1954, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 2492, Wellington.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area of land known as Rangiwaea 4F 13 Block containing 359 acres 1 rood 15 perches, more or less, situated in Block VII, Karioi Survey District, as the same is delineated on the plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington, under No. M.L. 1664.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of June 1954.

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Franklin County, containing by admeasurement 2,152 acres, more or less, and being Allotments 139, 140, and 141, Otau Parish, situated in Blocks VII, VIII, XI, and XII, Opaheke Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 21/3, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service, Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. plan 38121.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of July 1954.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State forest land.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—WESTLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, Westland County, containing by admeasurement 650 acres, more or less, and being Reserve 1943, situated in Blocks I and II, Mount Bonar Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 132/31, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Westland plan S.O. 4632.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of July 1954.
