A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of June 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 21·8 perches. Being part Sections 9 and 10, Block X, Town of Rangitata. Situated in Block IV, Geraldine Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8688.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143511, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of June 1954.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for hospital purposes and shall vest in the Southland Hospital Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of June 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre and 32·7 perches.

Being part Lot 1, Block II, D.P. 171, being part Sections 59, 136, and closed road.

Situated in Block LXXII, Hokonui Survey District (Southland R.D.). (S.O. 6124.)

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a metal pit and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Manawatu as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of June 1954.
