THE COMPANIES ACT 1933
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 8 of the above-
mentioned Act, that the register and records of the
companies, the names of which are set out in the first column
of the Schedule hereto, which have hitherto been kept at the
office of the Assistant Registrar of Companies at the respective
places named in the second column of the Schedule hereto,
have been transferred to the office of the Assistant Registrar

matter of DUNGANNON DAIRIES LTD. (in liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given that by a special resolution of the
above company, passed on the 28th day of May 1954, it
resolved-
"1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
"2. That JOHN PATRICK McDONNELL, of Ashburton, Public
Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the
company.'

IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION
NOTICE is hereby given that the shareholders of the above-
named company, by entry in minute book dated 4 June
1954, have passed the following special resolution:
"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that
Mr A. L. Fox be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the
purpose of such winding-up.'

GERALDINE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Sewerage Loan 1954, £46,700
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926, the Geraldine
Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and
other charges on a loan of forty-six thousand seven hundred
pounds (£46,700), authorized to be raised by the Geraldine
Borough Council pursuant to a requisition issued by the Board
of Health under section 22 of the Health Act 1920, Seal Book
No. 88, dated the 4th day of December 1952, for the purpose
of providing sewerage for the Borough of Geraldine, with the
exception of those lands described in the First Schedule of the
New Zealand Gazette No. 63, dated 25 September 1952, page
1606, the said Geraldine Borough Council hereby makes and
levies a special rate of ls. 5¼d. (one shilling and fivepence
three-farthings) in the pound on the rateable value of all
rateable property of the Borough of Geraldine; and that such
special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the
currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of
April in each and every year during the currency of such loan,
being a period of twenty-five years, or until the loan is fully
paid off.'

TARARUA ELECTRIC POWER BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926, the Tararua
Electric Power Board hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the principal, interest,
and other charges on a loan of £7,000 (to be known as Inner
Area Loan 1954), authorized to be raised by the Tararua
Electric Power Board in New Zealand by special order under
the above-mentioned Act, and of all other Acts and authorities
it thereunto enabling, for the purpose of further reticulation in
the Counties of Pahiatua, Eketahuna, and Mauriceville, and
in the Boroughs of Pahiatua and Eketahuna, the said Tararua
Electric Power Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of
1/20 (one-twentieth) of a penny in the pound upon the
rateable value (on the basis of unimproved value) of all
rateable property in that portion of the rating area of the
Tararua Electric Power District comprising the following
special rating area (namely, the Board's original district as
defined in the New Zealand Gazette No. 21 of 23 March 1922);
and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate
during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the
1st day of June in each and every year during the currency
of such loan, being a period of twenty years, or until the
loan is fully paid off.'
I hereby certify that the above resolution was duly
passed at a meeting of the Tararua Electric Power Board
held in Pahiatua on the 21st day of May 1954, and is recorded
in the minutes of its proceedings of that date at page 1337.

and other charges on a loan of £2,500 (to be known as Akitio
Loan 1954), authorized to be raised by the Tararua Electric
Power Board in New Zealand by special order under the
above-mentioned Act, and of all other Acts and authorities it
thereunto enabling, for the purpose of further reticulation in
the Akitio County, the said Tararua Electric Power Board
hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0.0715d. (decimal
eight seven one five) of a penny in the pound upon the
rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all
rateable property in that portion of the rating area of the
Tararua Electric Power District comprising the following
special rating area (namely, the Akitio County as defined in
the New Zealand Gazette No. 21 of 23 March 1922, and more
