NOTICE is hereby given that on 14 June 1954 the undermentioned standard specification was amended by the Minister of Industries and Commerce by incorporation of the amendment shown hereunder:
Number and Title of Specification: N.Z.S.S. 931: Flush-mounting wall switches, wall plates, and metal outlet boxes for use on 5 and 10 amp., 250-volt circuits.

Declaration of Result of Election of Producers’ Representatives on the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee (Notice No. Ag. 5650)
I, RONALD WILL IRWIN MILLAR, Returning Officer for the purposes of the election of four (4) producers’ representatives for appointment to the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee, established under the Otago Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1950, do hereby declare the following producers to have been duly nominated, namely:
Arthur Pitts Brenner and
Lloyd Douglas Kenyon
for the two vacancies on the Northern Ward.
As the number of candidates nominated for the Northern Ward does not exceed the number of vacancies to be filled, I therefore declare the said Arthur Pitts Brenner and Lloyd Douglas Kenyon to be duly elected for appointment to such office.

Lights and Signals
THE old agreement concerning the special lights and signals to be shown by seine-net fishing vessels terminated at the coming into force of the revised International Regulations for the Preventing of Collisions at Sea on 1 January 1954. The lights and shapes to be shown by these vessels when fishing are prescribed in rule 9 of the above new regulations.

Notification of Vacancy of Seat in the House of Representatives for the Electoral District of Onslow
IN compliance with the provisions of section 103 of the Electoral Act 1927, I, Matthew Henry Oram, Speaker of the House of Representatives of New Zealand, hereby notify that Harry Ernest Combs, a member of the House of Representatives for the Electoral District of Onslow, died on the 12th day of June 1954, during a recess of the House, and that the said seat in the House of Representatives for the said Electoral District is vacant by reason of such death.
