Revocation of Appointments of Honorary Fishery Officer and
Honorary Officer

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Statutes Amendment Act
1946, the Minister of Marine hereby revokes the
appointments of George Alexander Cunningham Friend, of
Christchurch, as an honorary fishery officer for the purposes
of Part I of the Fisheries Act 1908, and also as an honorary
officer for the purposes of Part II of the Fisheries Act 1908,
for the Ashburton Acclimatization District and the North
Canterbury Acclimatization District, as from the date hereof.

The Shops and Offices Act 1921-22β€”Amended Notice
Specifying the Combined District of Auckland

PURSUANT to section 13 of the Shops and Offices Act
1921-22, the Minister of Labour hereby specifies that
the Combined District of Auckland comprises the City of
Auckland, the Boroughs of Birkenhead, Devonport, East
Coast Bays, Ellerslie, Glen Eden, Henderson, Mount Albert,
Mount Eden, Mount Roskill, Mount Wellington, New Lynn,
Newmarket, Northcote, Onehunga, One Tree Hill, Otahuhu,
Papatoetoe, and Takapuna.

The amended notice published in the New Zealand
Gazette
of 29 May 1952, specifying the Combined District of
Auckland, is hereby cancelled.
