URSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared to be Government road: 2 acres 39·3 perches.
Adjoining Lot 3 and part Lot 2, D.P. 26890, being part Kioreroa Block.
Situated in Block XVI, Purua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 38087.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143076, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

URSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the South Auckland Land District, Raglan County, known as the Kokonga Farm Settlement Road, commencing on the eastern side of a public road at the westernmost corner of Section 4, Block IX, Awaroa Survey District, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of 85 chains, more or less.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143069, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked C–D.

Declaring Portion of the Pamotu Farm Settlement Road in the Otorohanga County to be County Road

URSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road

SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the South Auckland Land District, Otorohanga County, situated in Block VIII, Mangaoronga Survey District, commencing at a point 321·2 links north-west of the western corner of Section 23 of the aforesaid Block VIII, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 75 chains, and terminating at the southern corner of part Section 12 of the aforesaid Block VIII.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143086, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A–B.

URSUANT to section 6 of the Housing Amendment Act 1940, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access-way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Tauranga and be under the control and management of the Tauranga Borough Council.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the access-way dealt with: 10·1 perches.
Being Lot 48, D.P. S.2602, being part Allotment 45, Suburbs of Tauranga, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 851, folio 132 (Auckland Land Registry).

URSUANT to the Milk Act 1944, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Timaru Milk District Constitution Order 1954.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of May 1954.
  2. The Timaru Milk District, as constituted by the Timaru Milk District Constitution Order 1945,* shall hereafter consist of the City of Timaru as from time to time constituted.
  3. The Timaru City Council shall continue to be the Milk Authority of the Timaru Milk District.
  4. The Timaru Milk District Constitution Order 1945, and the Timaru Milk District Constitution Order 1945, Amendment No. 1, are hereby consequentially revoked.
