Cook Island—Warrant Revoking in Part a Warrant Proclaiming as Road Land in Arorangi, Rarotonga, Cook Islands
PURSUANT to the Cook Island Act 1915, the Minister of Island Territories hereby revokes so much of the warrant dated the 19th day of June 1953 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 9th day of July 1953 at page 1104, as relates to the land secondly described therein.

Cook Islands—Warrant Proclaiming Road Under Section 606 of the Cook Islands Act 1915
PURSUANT to section 606 of the Cook Islands Act 1915, the Minister of Island Territories hereby proclaims as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land situate in the District of Arorangi in the Island of Rarotonga, Cook Islands, containing three roods fourteen perches, be the same a little more or less, being that part of the road known as the Ara Metua which stretches from the Sanatorium Road to the south-western boundary of the land known as Taurakirian, Section 86, Arorangi.
The above-described parcel of land, as delineated and coloured yellow in the plan numbered 54, signed by the Resident Commissioner of Rarotonga, and deposited in the office of the Registrar of the High Court of the Cook Islands at Rarotonga.
Given under the hand of the Minister of Island Territories and the Seal of the Cook Islands, this 9th day of April 1954.

Warrant Proclaiming Road Under Section 607 of the Cook Island Act 1915
PURSUANT to section 607 of the Cook Islands Act 1915, the Minister of Island Territories hereby proclaims as road the lands described in the Schedule hereto.

All that parcel of land situate in the District of Avarua in the Island of Rarotonga, Cook Islands, containing decimal point seven of a perch, be the same a little more or less being the south-east corner of the land known as Tutikanoana, Section 38, District of Avarua, Island of Rarotonga.

All that parcel of land situate in the District of Avarua in the Island of Rarotonga, Cook Islands, containing decimal point seven of a perch, be the same a little more or less, being the north-west corner of the land known at Turai, Section 1, District of Avarua, Island of Rarotonga.
The above-described parcel of land, altogether comprising one decimal point four perches, as delineated and coloured red in the plan numbered 56, signed by the Deputy Resident Commissioner of Rarotonga, and deposited in the office of the Registrar of the High Court of the Cook Islands at Rarotonga.

Time and Place of Elections by Fire-insurance Companies to Fill Extraordinary Vacancies on the Fire Boards for the Dargaville, Hikurangi, and Whangarei Fire Districts
PURSUANT to the provisions of the Fire Services Act 1949, the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby appoints 12 noon on Tuesday, 11 May 1954, as the time, and the offices of the Fire and Accident Underwriters’ Association, Victoria Arcade, Auckland, as the place for the holding of a meeting of representatives of the insurance companies carrying on business in New Zealand to elect one member of each of the Fire Boards for the Dargaville, Hikurangi, and Whangarei Urban Fire Districts.
