The Taumarunui Milk Delivery Notice 1944, Amendment No. 8
(Notice No. Ag. 5610)

PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Regulations 1949,* the
Minister of Agriculture hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Taumarunui Milk
    Delivery Notice 1944, Amendment No. 8, and shall be read
    together with and deemed part of the Taumarunui Milk
    Delivery Notice 1944† (hereinafter referred to as the principal
    notice).

  2. The Taumarunui Milk Delivery Scheme 1944 as set
    forth in the Schedule to the principal notice as heretofore
    amended is hereby further amended by revoking subclause (6),
    and substituting the following subclause:

‘‘(6) Subject to the foregoing provisions of this scheme
the persons hereinafter described may deliver milk, wholesale
or retail, in the areas allotted to them as follows and not
otherwise:

‘‘R. G. James, Taumarunui Zone No. 1, as marked in
red on the plan.
‘‘R. G. James, Taumarunui Zone No. 2, as marked in
blue on the plan.
‘‘R. E. Maule, Taumarunui Zone No. 3, as marked in
yellow on the plan.
‘‘R. F. Dowle, Taumarunui Zone No. 4, as marked in
blue on the plan.’’

PURSUANT to the Fire Services Act 1949, the Minister
of Internal Affairs hereby gives notice of the following
result of the election held on the 5th day of April 1954 by
the fire-insurance companies carrying on business in New
Zealand of three members of the Napier Fire Board:

Time and Place of Election by Fire-insurance Companies of
Two Members to the Otorohanga Fire Committee

PURSUANT to the Fire Services Act 1949, the Minister of
Internal Affairs hereby appoints 12 o'clock noon on
Thursday, the 15th day of April 1954, as the time, and the
offices of the Fire and Accident Underwriters' Association,
Auckland, as the place, for the holding of a meeting of
representatives of the insurance companies carrying on fire-
insurance business in New Zealand to elect two members of
the Otorohanga Fire Committee.

Varying a Notice Declaring Parts of the Northern Ngatiru-
anui Tribal District to be Tribal Committee Areas
Under the Maori Social and Economic Advancement
Act 1945

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 14 of the Maori
Social and Economic Advancement Act 1945, the
Minister of Maori Affairs hereby varies the notice dated
17 April 1950 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on
1 June 1950 at page 732, declaring parts of the Ngatiruanui
Tribal District to be Tribal Committee areas by substituting
for the name ‘‘Taiporohenui Tribal Committee Area’’
appearing in the Schedule thereto, the name ‘‘Taiporohenui-
Ngatiki Tribal Committee Area’’, and hereby revokes the
notice dated 21 July 1953 and published in the New Zealand
Gazette on 30 July 1953 at page 1220 varying a notice
declaring parts of the Northern Ngatiruanui Tribal District
to be Tribal Committee areas.

the said Schedule.

vehicles.
