The Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice 1952, Amendment No. 3 (Notice No. Ag. 5611)

Pursuant to the Milk Delivery Regulations 1949,* the Minister of Agriculture hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice 1952, Amendment No. 3, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice 1952† (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

  2. The Hamilton Milk Delivery Scheme 1952 as set forth in the Schedule to the principal notice and heretofore amended is hereby further amended as follows:

(a) By revoking the definition of ‘the plan’ in subclause (1), and substituting the following definition:

‘‘The plan’ means the plan of the district deposited for the purpose in the Head Office of the New Zealand Milk Board, Wellington, under No. NZMB 92/1.'

(b) By revoking subclause (3), and substituting the following therefor:

‘(3) Subject to the foregoing provisions of this scheme, the names and addresses of the vendors who are parties to this scheme and the areas in which they may deliver milk are as follows:
