P URSUANT to section 207 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional portion of the right bank of the Buller River described in the Schedule hereto shall be protected.

SCHEDULE
ALL that additional portion of the right bank of the Buller River, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 0 roods 21.1 perches, more or less, being part Sections 72, 73, 74, and 75 and unformed road situated in Block VII, Kawatiri Survey District (Nelson R.D.).

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends, in the manner provided in the Schedule hereto, the Orders in Council therein described.

SCHEDULE
ORDERS IN COUNCIL AMENDED

  1. The Order in Council dated the 4th day of August 1924 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 7th day of the same month, as amended by the Order in Council dated the 23rd day of February 1925 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 26th day of the same month, and further amended by the Order in Council dated the 18th day of August 1948 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 26th day of the same month at page 1049, authorizing the Central Hawke's Bay Electric Power Board to use electric lines within the Central Hawke's Bay Electric Power District, is amended by deleting clause 4 of the Schedule thereto.

  2. The Order in Council dated the 18th day of August 1948 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 26th day of the same month at page 1049, authorizing the Central Hawke's Bay Electric Power Board to erect and use electric lines within part of the Dannevirke County, is amended by deleting clause 5 of the First Schedule thereto.

  3. The Order in Council dated the 23rd day of February 1949 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 24th day of the same month at page 621, authorizing the Central Hawke's Bay Electric Power Board to erect and use electric lines within part of the Hawke's Bay County, is amended by deleting clause 5 of the First Schedule thereto.
