(14) All that area of land in the Canterbury Land District, situated in the Counties of Eyre and Waimairi, commencing at a point, being the western end of White’s Bridge over the South Branch of the Waimakariri River, and proceeding in a straight line south-westerly on a true bearing of 189° 30′ for a distance of 3940 links, to a point on the south-eastern boundary of Rural Section 560; thence south-easterly in a straight line to the westernmost corner of Lot 4, D.P. 9738; thence generally north-easterly and north-westerly along a terrace and stop-bank to the eastern end of White’s Bridge; thence westerly along White’s Bridge to the commencing point, and as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted posts.
Corrigendum—
(4) Cheviot or St. Anne’s Lagoon. Delete description and substitute: “Those parts of St. Anne’s Lagoon (commonly known as Cheviot Lagoon) situated on part Section 27, Block IV, and parts Sections 1 and 4, Block VII, Cheviot Survey District, together with a strip of land 150 ft. in width along the margins thereof as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted posts. On the remainder of this lagoon and land adjoining (being Reserve 3146) shooting is prohibited as it is a reserve pursuant to the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928”.

(19) All that area situated in Block XII, Grey Survey District, containing by admeasurement 559 acres 30 perches, more or less, being, firstly, Lot 3, Deposited Plan 5691, being parts Rural Sections 3197, 3785, and 3824, all certificate of title, Volume 349, folio 126; and secondly, Lot 3 and part Lot 6, Deposited Plan 2818, being Rural Section 3725 and parts Rural Sections 3197, 3785, 3884, 4058, 4327, 4340, 5605, and part Lot 19, Reserve 2640, all certificate of title, Volume 349, folio 79; and thirdly, Lot 1, Deposited Plan 7538, being Rural Section 3997, all certificate of title, Volume 504, folio 296, and as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted posts, and being the property of Mr J. M. B. Starkey.
(20) All that area situated in Block XII Rangiora Survey District, containing by admeasurement 89 acres 5·2 perches, more or less, being, firstly, Lot 1, Deposited Plan 10458, being part Rural Section 1104, all certificate of title, Volume 440, folio 8; and secondly, parts Rural Sections 1104, 2693, and 22393, all certificate of title, Volume 440, folio 9, excepting thereout Lot 1, Deposited Plan 16992, and as may be further defined by the erection of white-painted posts, and being the property of Mr H. F. Barker.
