Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT-SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Southland Land District, Wallace County, containing by admeasurement 270 acres, more or less, and being Section 1, Block V, Alton Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 200/22, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Southland plan S.O. 3291.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of February 1954.

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Kawhia County, containing by admeasurement 587 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less, being Section 8, Block VIII, Kawhia South Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 35/12, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 36080).

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Kawhia County, containing by admeasurement 536 acres 2 roods 30 perches, more or less, being Sections 15 and 16, Block XII, Kawhia South Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 35/13, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Auckland plan S.O. 36082.)

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of March 1954.

Being part street.
