Notice of Intention to Take Land in the Borough of Greytown for a Public School
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public school, and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Greytown and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the public work or to the taking of the land, set forth the same in writing and send the writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Notice of Intention to Take Additional Land in the Town of Reefton for a Public School
NOTICE is hereby given that is is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the additional land described in the Schedule hereto for a public school; and notice is hereby further given that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land required to be taken: 25 perches.
Being Lots 9 and 10, D.P. 62, being part of Sections 921 and 922, Town of Reefton, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 27, folio 226 (Nelson Land Registry); the said land fronting Anderson, O’Conor, and Victory Streets, Reefton.

Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1925—Proposed Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Association
PURSUANT to section 22 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1925, it is hereby notified that the registration of the New Zealand Waterfront Workers’ Industrial Association of Workers, Registered No. 2087, situated at Auckland, will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled at the expiration of six weeks from the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette.
