Revoking Portion of a Proclamation Taking Land for Housing Purposes in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 25th day of November 1952 and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 75 of the 27th day of the same month at page 1939, taking land for housing purposes in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land no longer required: 4 acres 2 roods 10 perches.
Being part Lot 5, D.P. 5435, being part Rural Section 292, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 547, folio 120 (Canterbury Land Registry).
Situated in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8522.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138779, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of February 1954.

Additional Land Taken for a Public School in the City of Dunedin

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of February 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 3 roods.
Being Lots 27, 28, and 29, Deeds Plan 114, Township of Shiel Hill, and being part Section 7, Block 1, Andersons Bay District, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 275, folio 134 (Otago Land Registry).
Situated in the City of Dunedin.
