Crown Land Set Apart for an Automatic-telephone Exchange in Block IX, Awamoko Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, 1, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of February 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 11 perches. Being part Allotment 1A, Plunket Settlement. Situated in Block IX, Awamoko Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 11797.) In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142114, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 9th day of February 1954.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, 1, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of February 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3 acres and 3.94 perches. Being subdivisions 1 to 8 (inclusive), 10, 11, 16 to 22 (inclusive), being part Section 189, Patea District, as shown on a plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth as No. 8600. Situated in Block IX, Hawera Survey District. In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142283, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, 1, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 8.95 perches. Being Lots 550, 551, and 552, D.P. 8719, being part Te Whare-o-Maraenui Block, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 117, folio 298 (Hawke's Bay Land Registry).
