Proclaiming a Road Line Laid Out in Block XVI, Orahiri Survey District, South Auckland Land District, to be a Public Road

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was by order of the Maori Land Court made on the 15th day of May 1952 duly laid out as a road line pursuant to section 478 of the Maori Land Act 1931:
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said road line should be proclaimed as a public road, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands in terms of section 486 of the Maori Land Act 1931:
And whereas one month's notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road line as a public road has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of subsection (2) of section 487 of the Maori Land Act 1931:
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road line should be proclaimed as a public road:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 487 of the Maori Land Act 1931, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as a public road the road line described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 2 acres and 39 perches.
Being part Te Kuiti No. 2B 25c Block.
Situated in Block XVI, Orahiri Survey District. (M.L. plan 16926.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as shown on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1281B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 3108, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of February 1954.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of February 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 roods 27·2 perches.
Being part of Allotment 50A, Parish of Kaiwaka.
Situated in Block III, Otamatea Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 30243.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 108264, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a surfaceman's cottage; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of February 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 acre 6·7 perches.
Being closed road adjoining Section 50, Village of Awakino, situated in Block VII, Awakino North Survey District, and being the whole of the land in Proclamation No. S. 56842 (Auckland Land Registry).
