Proclaiming Maori Land to Have Become Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 454 of the Maori Land Act 1931, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the Maori land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown under the authority of the said Act, hereby proclaim that the said land has become Crown land.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Taupo County situated in Blocks VIII, XII, and XVI, Marotiri Survey District, and Blocks V and VI, Tuhingamata West Survey District, containing by admeasurement 7,988 acres, more or less, being Tihoi No. 3A Block. (M.L. 11190L.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of February 1953.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (1) of section 8 of the Housing Amendment Act 1940, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land subject to the Housing Act 1919, to be Crown land available for reservation under the Land Act 1948.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 28.1 perches, more or less, being Lot 19 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under No. 37680, being part Allotment 37, Parish of Titirangi, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 792, folio 272 (Auckland Registry).
