THE UPPER HUTT BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given under the Public Works Act 1928 that the Mayor, Councillors and Burgesses of the Borough of Upper Hutt require to take the land described in the Schedules hereto for the purposes of public works—namely, in the case of the land described in the First Schedule for a service lane, in the case of the land described in the Second Schedule for a pedestrian accessway, and in the case of the land described in the Third Schedule for a public car park.
Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said land is open to inspection by all persons (without fee) during office hours at the offices of the Upper Hutt Borough Council, Upper Hutt.
All persons affected by such taking are hereby required to set forth in writing all well-grounded objections to the execution of such public works or the taking of such land and to send such writing, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the Town Clerk, Upper Hutt Borough Council, Upper Hutt.
FIRST SCHEDULE
Firstly: All that piece of land situate in the Borough of Upper Hutt containing two decimal three (2·3) perches, more or less, being part of Section 119 of the Hutt District, and being also part of Lot 16 on Deeds Plan No. 135, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 559, folio 96 (Wellington Registry), (limited as to parcels).
Secondly: All that piece of land situate in the Borough of Upper Hutt containing three (3) perches, more or less, being part of Section 119 of the Hutt District, and being also part of Lot 15 on Deeds Plan No. 135, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 19, folio 32 (Wellington Registry).
Thirdly: All that piece of land situate in the Borough of Upper Hutt containing one decimal five (1·5) perches, more or less, being part of Section 119 of the Hutt District, and being also part of the land in Deposited Plan No. 9571, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 348, folio 173 (Wellington Registry).
Fourthly: All that piece of land situate in the Borough of Upper Hutt containing one decimal five (1·5) perches, more or less, being part of Section 119 of the Hutt District, and being also part of Lot 13 on Deeds Plan No. 135, and, being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 348, folio 163 (Wellington Registry), (limited as to parcels).
Fifthly: All that piece of land situate in the Borough of Upper Hutt containing one decimal eight (1·8) perches, more or less, being part of Section 119 of the Hutt District, and being also part of Lot 2 on Deposited Plan No. 8921, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 348, folio 168 (Wellington Registry).
Sixthly: All that piece of land situate in the Borough of Upper Hutt containing one decimal three (1·3) perches, more or less, being part of Section 119 of the Hutt District, and being also part of Lot 2 on Deposited Plan No. 15573, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 583, folio 115 (Wellington Registry).
Seventhly: All that piece of land situate in the Borough of Upper Hutt containing one decimal four (1·4) perches, more or less, being part of Section 119 of the Hutt District, and being also part of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan No. 15573, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 581, folio 107 (Wellington Registry).
