A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto
is set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of
February 1953.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
2 roods 18-8 perches.

Being Subdivision 1 of Section 184, Patea District.

Situated in Block VI, Hawera Survey District (Borough
of Hawera), (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 5563.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 139365,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon bordered red.
