A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as street:-

0 0 0·13 Part Lot A, D.P. 2296, being part Section 877, Town of New Plymouth; coloured blue.
0 0 0·37 Part Lot B, D.P. 2296, being part Section 877, Town of New Plymouth; coloured orange.
Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District (City of New Plymouth), (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 8549.) In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 139364, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Being Lot 8, D.P. 15331, being part of Section 20, Block VIII, Mangahao Survey District, and being part of the land in Proclamation 4300, and part of the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 499, folio 211, and Volume 537, folio 147 (Wellington Land Registry).
Situated in the Borough of Pahiatua.

Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block II, Teviot Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land first described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Stanley Francis de Silva, of Coal Creek, Fruitgrower, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 748 (Volume 208, folio 92, Otago Land Registry) and the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Stanley Tyler Knewstubb, of Roxburgh, Fruitgrower, under and by virtue of Crown Lease No. 985 (Volume 307, folio 66, Otago Land Registry), are hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1953.
