A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of
February 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 25.3 perches.
Being part Section 38.
Situated in Block II, Teviot Survey District (Otago
R.D.). (S.O. 11588.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 139384,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 10th day of February 1953.

General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 16th day of February 1953.

hereto.

land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes
of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
