A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for broadcasting purposes (studio); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 14.44 perches.
Being Subdivision 1, part Section 700, Town of New Plymouth, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 55, folio 249 (Taranaki Land Registry).
Situated in the City of New Plymouth.

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the benefit of and subject to the rights-of-way created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 215625, Auckland Land Registry, for a post-office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1953.
