A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Mangonui
County, containing by admeasurement 485 acres 3 roods 19 perches,
more or less, situated in Block VII, Maungataniwha Survey District,
being Allotments 12, 14, and N.E. 15, Maungataniwha East Parish,
being all the land comprised and described in certificates of title,
Volume 5, folio 47, and Volume 621, folio 205, Auckland Land
Registry, also Allotments S.E. 13 and 69, Maungataniwha East
Parish, and Allotments S.W. 95 and S.W. 96, Kohumaru Parish.
As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 5/55,
deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service
at Wellington; and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day
of February 1953.

Additional Land at Linden Taken for the Purposes of the Wellington-
Foxton Railway

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the
additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the purposes of the Wellington-Foxton railway.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 32·16 perches, more or less,
situated in the Tawa Flat Town District, being part of Section 50
of the Porirua District, and being Lot 6 on D.P. 15287, and being
all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume
579, folio 45 (Wellington Registry).
All that parcel of land containing 32 perches, more or less,
being part of Section 50 of the Porirua District, and being Lot 207 on
D.P. 9360 (Town of Tawa Extension No. 6), and being the balance
of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 437, folio 223
(Wellington Registry).
All that parcel of land containing 32·12 perches, more or less,
situated in Block VII, Belmont Survey District, being part Section
46 of the Porirua District, and being Lot 7 of Block I, on D.P. 13825
(Town of Tawa Extension No. 18), and being all the land comprised
and described in certificate of title, Volume 559, folio 173
(Wellington Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day
of February 1953.

Railway in Block IX, Mount Fyffe Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for the South Island Main Trunk Railway.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken:
8 acres 3 roods 13.7 perches.
Being part Section G, Kahutara Maori Block.
Situated in Block IX, Mount Fyffe Survey District
(Marlborough R.D.). (S.O. 4111.)
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138939,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 3rd day of February 1953.
