Declaring Land to be Subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act, 1936 (Maniapoto Development Scheme)
Pursuant to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be subject to Part I of the said Act.

Administration of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 in Bay of Islands County (Notice No. Ag. 5559)
Pursuant to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said Act, hereby publishes the following resolution passed by the Bay of Islands County Council on the 30th day of November 1953.
RESOLUTION
THAT pursuant to the provisions of section 22 (1) of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 the Bay of Islands County Council assumes responsibility for the administration of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 within the County of Bay of Islands as from 6th December 1953.'

N/M No. 87-The fixed red light described therein as being exhibited from a temporary three-pile beacon is exhibited from the outer end of a drilling gantry in the position given. The temporary three-pile beacon has not been erected.
