Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Arthur Pass

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day
of December 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
1 acre 4 perches.
Being part Reserve 4278, being part of the land in
Proclamation 1219.
Situated in Block VI, Bealey Survey District, Tawera
County. (S.O. 8415.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 12206,
deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Com-
mission at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 9th day of December 1953.

set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day
of December 1953.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 12519, deposited in
the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission at
Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Lines of the
Avondale-Onehunga-Southdown Railway in Block IV, Titirangi
Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the
7th day of July 1952 and published in the New Zealand Gazette
of that year at page 1175, and deposited in the Land Registry
Office at Auckland as No. 13576, in so far as it effects those portions
of Lot 7, D.P. 36743 (part C.T. 1038/281) and Lot 8, D.P. 36743
(part C.T. 1038/282), Auckland Registry, as more particularly
shown coloured blue, edged blue, on plan L.O. 12384, deposited in
the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th
