Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent
State forest land.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—ROTORUA CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Tauranga
County, containing by admeasurement 994 acres 2 roods, more
or less, being Sections 1 and 13, Block VIII, Otanewainuku
Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated
on plan No. 30/6, deposited in the Head Office of the New
Zealand Forest Service, at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red. (South Auckland plans S.O. 15136 and 36046.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this llth day of December 1953.

Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent
State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangarei
County, containing by admeasurement 1,572 acres 1 rood, more
or less, being Section 23, Block I, Sections 16 and 17, Block II,
and Section 9A, Block V, Opuawhanga Survey District. As
the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 9/29,
deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest
Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this llth day of December 1953.

Additional Land Near Rahui Taken for the Purposes of the
Westport-Inangahua Railway

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the additional land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Westport-
Inangahua railway.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken:
127 acres 3 roods 17.6 perches.
Being part Section 2, parts Section 3 (including D.P. 3777),
and parts Section 4, Block I, Inangahua Survey District,
being all the land comprised and described in certificates
of title, Volume 19, folio 98, and Volume 20, folio 54
(Nelson Registry).
Situated in Buller County. (S.O. 9851.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 12488,
deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Com-
mission at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 9th day of December 1953.

hereby taken for the purposes of the Hurunui-Waitaki
railway.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken:
2 roods.
Being part Rural Section 297.
Situated in the Borough of Kaiapoi (S.O. 8644.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 12517,
deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Com-
mission at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 9th day of December 1953.

Section 13, Suburbs of Auckland:-
Situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough
of Mount Roskill. (S.O. 37805.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 12561,
deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission
at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
