Notifying the Vesting of Public Reserves in the Crown

PURSUANT to section 13 of the Land Subdivision in Counties Act 1946, it is hereby notified that the lands described in the Schedule hereto have vested in Her Majesty for the purposes specified and from the dates shown at the end of the respective descriptions.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Maniapoto Development Scheme)

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1926, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 12th day of May 1931, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 37 of 14 May 1931 at page 1464, whereby the provisions of subsection (3) of section 23 of the Maori Land Amendment and Maori Land Claims Adjustment Act 1929 (now Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936) were applied to, inter alia, the said land.
