Declaring Trailer Units Forming Part of a Multi-axled Motor Vehicle to be Trailers

PURSUANT to subsection (1) of section 2 of the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby determines that the vehicles specified in the Schedule hereto, forming part of multi-axled vehicles as defined by section 2 of the said Act, shall be deemed to be trailers.

SCHEDULE
TRAILER units, Chassis Nos. T. 13010 and T. 13011, owned by McBreen Jenkins Construction, Whangarei.

Claim for Registration of School Colours
———
THE following claim for registration of school colours, etc., has been made in accordance with the regulations published in the New Zealand Gazette on 12 August 1915 and amendments thereto.
The claim will be registered unless objection is received by me within forty (40) days of the publication hereof.
AVONSIDE GIRLS’ HIGH SCHOOL, CHRISTCHURCH
Colours
Gym. Tunic, Blazer, Overcoat, Winter Hat: Chocolate brown.
Blouse: Tussore-fawn lystav.
Tie: Plain tie of pale lime-green.
Hat Band: A pale lime-green stripe ¼ in. wide on a tussore-fawn stripe ⅜ in. wide, both placed on a brown silk band ⁶⁄₁₀ in. wide on either side.
Hat Badge: The school crest—a Cross Calvary, a cruse, a lymphad, and three bars wavy in natural metal—stands out on a badge, the sections of which are filled in with lime-green enamel.
Blazer Monogram: Fawn base, outline of shield and emblems in lime-green; emblems comprise school crest as above.

J. R. Parr, corner Kingston Road and Lumsden-Queenstown Main Highway, Kingston, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on store and proposed service-station premises, corner Kingston Road and Lumsden-Queenstown Main Highway, Kingston.
A. J. C. Holton, Great South Road, Tironui, Papakura, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at Great South Road, Tironui, Papakura.
Cody Ferguson, Ltd., Taupo, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from two pumps to be installed on garage premises at Orakeikorako Road, Atiamuri.
H. W. Pearless, 54 Creswick Terrace, Northland, Wellington, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at 54 Creswick Terrace, Northland, Wellington.
