Polling Places for the Onehunga Electoral District Appointed

PURSUANT to the Electoral Act 1927, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby abolish all existing polling places in the Electoral District of Onehunga and hereby appoint the places mentioned in the Schedule hereto to be the polling places in the said Electoral District.

Land Reserved in the North Auckland Land District

WHEREAS by section 167 of the Land Act 1948 it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time set apart as a reserve, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral lease or pastoral occupation licence, any Crown land for any purpose which in his opinion is desirable in the public interest, and notice thereof shall be published in the New Zealand Gazette:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 167 of the said Act, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby reserve, subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948, the land in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written for a site for a vehicle-testing station.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL the land on Deposited Plan No. 2033, being part Allotment 13 of Section 7, Suburbs of Auckland, situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District: Area, 1 acre and 35·2 perches, more or less.
