Land Taken for Housing Purposes in Block XI, Rangitoto

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of December 1953.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken:

1 3 8·72 Part Lots 11 and 12, D.P. 1753, being part Block II, Rangitikei District.
Situated in Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District (S.O. 23005.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141704, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of November 1953.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of December 1953.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 2 roods.
Being Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, D.P. 40567, being part Allotment 44, Parish of Manurewa, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 739, folio 139 (Auckland Land Registry).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the entirety of the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that notwithstanding section 19 of the Public Works Act 1928 no part of the said land shall be deemed to be excepted out of this Proclamation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of December 1953.

Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road
in Block II, Tutaki Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land first described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by David William Oxnam, of Murchison, Farmer, under and by virtue of Renewable Lease No. 509 (Volume 39, folio 31, Nelson Land Registry), and the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Joseph Pace Robinson and John Gilbert Robinson, of Longford, Farmers, under and by virtue of Reserve Lease No. 15 (Nelson Land Registry) are hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of December 1953.
