Declaring Road in Block II, Paritutu Survey District, to be Government Road

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.
SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared to be Government road: 2.1 perches. Adjoining or passing through part Section 4, Hua District. Situated in Block II, Paritutu Survey District (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 8325.) In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 137554, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Authorizing the Laying-off of Spennoor Street in the City of Wellington, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 31 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1948 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the Wellington City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, and those parts of Lots 15, 21, 22, and 23 in the City of Wellington of a subdivision of the land fronting the said street (as shown on the plan marked P.W.D. 141677, referred to in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of 40 ft. from the centre line of the said street.
SCHEDULE THAT portion of the proposed street in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 13.27 perches, more or less, being part Lot 4, D.P. 3010, and being part Section 9, Porirua District, Block XII, Belmont Survey District.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141677, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Authorizing the Laying-off of an Extension of Pinny Avenue in the City of Lower Hutt, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 31 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1948 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the Lower Hutt City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for the whole of its length of less than 66 ft. but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the proposed street within a distance of 35 ft. from the centre line of the said street.
SCHEDULE THAT proposed street in the Wellington Land District, City of Lower Hutt, being an extension of Pinny Avenue, containing by admeasurement 35.41 perches, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 11489, part Lot 18, D.P. 1262, part Lots 2 and 3, D.P. 8335, and part Lot 2, D.P. 12850, all being part of Section 30, Hutt District, and being part of the land included in certificates of title, Volume 363, folio 221, Volume 379, folio 252, Volume 410, folio 156, Volume 122, folio 102, and all that in certificate of title, Volume 465, folio 56 (Wellington Land Registry).

HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Franklin County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road permitted to be stopped: 2 roods 12 perches. Adjoining Lot 14, D.P. 15187, and Lot 7, D.P. 17737, being parts Allotment 313, Waipipi Parish.
Situated in Block XIII, Awhitu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 37587.) In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141581, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Foreshore Licence—Kaipara Harbour—Te Kopuru—Wharf and Slip—Walter Robert Rope
C. W. M. NORRIE, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington, this 11th day of November 1953
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby licenses and permits Walter Robert Rope (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his executors, administrators, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Te Kopuru, Kaipara Harbour, as shown on plan marked M.D. 3696 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining a wharf and slip thereon as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE CONDITIONS
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
- The premium payable by the licensee shall be two pounds (£2) and the annual sum so payable three pounds (£3).
- The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the 1st day of September 1953.
- The master of every vessel discharging ballast at the said wharf and slip shall have all such ballast taken away and deposited above high-water mark, or at such place as may be approved by the Minister or by any person appointed by the Minister for that purpose.
